Shipping Time:
Shipping times may vary from 1-3 weeks depending on the item. Please look at the specific shipping time given on the product page.
Shipping Methods:
Smaller products shipped within the continental USA will ship UPS-Ground. If they exceed the maximum weight or size, then they will be shipped Motor Freight. Products shipped elsewhere will be shipped by the best and least expensive means.
Motor Freight deliveries are to the door or curbside only. Set-up in the house is not included. Some beyond point locations will require additional charges. If the "Ship To" address is too remote or too far outside city limits, additional shipping charges may apply. Be sure to confirm the entrance measurements for all furniture. Keep in mind large furniture may need additional area to fit into the door of your cabin, condo, or home. You are responsible for any re-stocking fee and shipping charges to/from for furniture returned for reasons other than manufacture defects (furniture that does not fit is not considered a manufacture defect).
All prices are FOB manufacturer's location. Packaging, handling, and freight charges are additional on all items and will be quoted before the order is finalized. AspenLog.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges and/or cancel any order at will.
Within 50 mile radius of Denver, CO:
After we receive your finished order(s) from our artisan(s), most orders will be delivered on weekdays. We will call you to arrange a "3 hour window" for delivery that fits your schedule.
Continental U.S.:
After we receive your finished order(s) from our artisan(s), we will ship your orders, wrapped or crated (depending on the product and shipping method) straight to your address. You will be contacted by the freight company when they are near your town to arrange a delivery window. If you are unable to meet the delivery, you may incur additional freight charges and/or a delay in the delivery your furniture. Most freight companies unload the items to your driveway or front landing. Please arrange to have a furniture dolly and a friend to help move any large pieces that you may have purchased. If you would like your order(s) to be set up in your house, please call us to make arrangements.
Outside the Continental U.S.:
At this time we do not ship internationally, except if the international customer has a U.S. freight broker who can act as the exporter and handle customs. Otherwise, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories: If you can arrange the shipping, we can provide the products! Drop us an email at: info@aspenlog.com with your request.
Customers from outside the USA please email us with details of your shipment and destination address so that we may provide you with a shipping quote on your order.
Freight Damage:
Customers must fully inspect every shipment received before signing any bill of lading. All damages incurred during shipping must be claimed with the carrier and noted on the bill of lading. Once the shipper has left your premises and the bill of lading is signed, you have no recourse. If the furniture appears to have significant damage call us immediately and we may instruct you to refuse delivery. You will not be charged for a delivery refusal if you have been instructed to do so by AspenLog.com.- Returns & Replacements
- Contact our AspenLog support team. All returns will be subject to a restocking charge after the item has been shipped. Custom orders may not be returned.
